Phoenix is a Bulgarian semi-seedless red grape variety, from the selection of D. Babrikov.
Ripening period: beginning – mid-September.
Bunch: medium size
Grain: large, 5-8 g, slightly oval, blue-black. The flesh is fleshy, crispy and juicy, the skin is of medium thickness, harmonious taste.
Resistance to fungal diseases: under study.
Vine ripening: good.
Yield: high – 1.5-2 tons / acre.
How to use: fresh consumption.
It contains a large amount of antioxidants in an easily digestible form by the human body, which strengthens the immune system and slows down aging.
