Shevka is a red wine grape variety, spreaded mainly in the region of Sliven. It is best developed on skeletal soils on inclined terrains. Resistant to drought and cold. The red wines that are produced from it do not have the necessary color and acidity, but they are tasteful.

Sheet – medium, rounded, slightly cut, 5-part, doused. The surface of the brush is flat, mesh wrinkled. The outline of the middle paw forms an obtuse angle. The upper incisions are shallow, open, limbic, with a narrow opening and sharp bottom. The lower incisions are shallow, open in the form of an angle. The honeycomb is closed, the paws overlap and form a small opening with a narrow elliptical shape or almost no opening. The teeth are small, triangular, with protruding sides, transitional to domed.
