Danube azure is an analogue of Rkatsiteli, but with increased stability.
The average size of a cluster is 170 cities, often with two branches and medium density. The shape of the cluster in the Danube azure is conical.
The average grain size was about 1.7 g, oval, yellow-green in color.
The sugar Danube azure reaches 21% and acidity – 7 g / l.
The presented grape variety is more resistant to mildew and other fungal diseases than the original. If necessary, requires treatment with sulfur. Danube azure is more resistant on temperature differences, especially cold-resistant.
Care should be taken with congestion of the vines as it reduces the sugar content. Matures in middle-later and later.
