Technological maturity is reached in the second half of September, most often between 15 and 20th.
Average size of one cluster is about 180 g, with conical and cylindrical-conical shape, average density of the cluster.
Grain is co average weight of 2.4 g, oval, yellow-green, with a suntan from the heated sun side.
The taste of Pomorian pearl is juicy and flavorful.
