Vrachanski Misket (Vratsa Muscat) – White Wine Grape Vine
Vrachanski Misket is a medium-ripening variety. The grapes ripen in the first half of September. It has average growth, average fertility and yields average yields. The yield per decare is about 1000 kg. It is resistant to rot, but it is susceptible to drought. Moderately resistant to mold, odium, spider mites and low temperatures. It is very well developed on hills with southern exposure of humus-carbonate, clay-sandy or gravel soils with light mechanical composition.
The bunch is medium (about 145 grams), cylindrical-conical, sometimes with a wing, half-cobbled. The grains are medium-sized, oval, yellow-green with rust spots and rare dots. The skin is thick, brittle. The crumbly part is succulent, with a harmonious and strong muscat flavor.
The grapes produce high-quality white dessert wines with a transparent yellow-gold color, elaborate bouquet, harmonious taste and a long-lasting muscat aroma. Can be combined with varieties with a weaker flavor. The average sugar content of the grapes is 22.5 g / 100 ml, and the acids – 5.4 g / l.
