Variety Kishmish (Kishmish Nakhodka)

Red seedless grape variety originating from Moldova.

Obtained by crossing varieties “Cardinal” and “Kishmish pink.” Created in Moldovan Research Institute of Viticulture and Enology. It is widespread in Moldova and Ukraine.

Medium early variety. Grapes ripen in late August – early September. The vines are moderate to strong growth. Resistant to low winter temperatures, is resistant to powdery mildew.

The bunch is medium to large, conical, branched, medium thick and loose. The mass of the clusters 200 to 600 gr. In good growing conditions bunches have a weight exceeding  1 kg. The berries are medium-sized, elongated. The mass of grain reaches 2.4 to 4.0 gr., the pulp is thick. The texture is fleshy, juicy, sweet with a slight muscat flavor. Seeds will. High quality seedless and high yielding variety. Sugar content is 17 to 21% and acids – 6-7 g / cu. Md. There are good transportability. Grapes may long to keep fresh. The variety is versatile, suitable for fresh consumption, drying and wine.
